Creating a POP3 account in Outlook 2003

Here's how to create a POP3 account under Outlook 2003:

• Open Outlook 2003
• Click on "Email Accounts" in the Tools Menu
• Select "Add another mail account" and click "Next"
• Select POP3 and then click "Next"
• Your Name: Put the name you want!!
• In E-mail: The e-mail address provided by your Internet Service (ISP)
• In User Name: Put the identifier to access the messaging services (normallyyour email address).
• Password: Set the password associated with your login access for messaging services, provided by your ISP
  • Incoming mail (POP3): Put pop.ISP.com
  • Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Put smtp.ISP.com
• Click on "Next"
• Click on "Finish" and your account will be created.
