< Change the sound of an event under Windows Task Manager disabled > Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\5.bin\M3PLUGIN.DLL

Solution

Easy Solution that I stumbled across:

Download and install "HijackThis" here
Boot in safemode
Run HijackThis
Check the Box of the "M3PLUGIN" entry
Click "Fix Selected"
Close and Reboot normally
