How to configure LINUX for Internet?

Help Me To configure Linux to access internet. I am using Netgear (Dm111pusp) ADSL+Router.

Solution

This depends on the linux distribution you are using!
You can try doing this:

• Open Command console.
• Type:

[root@nix]# pico /etc/conf.modules
Depends of your LAN card you could add the following lines to /etc/conf.modules :
alias eth0 xx
options eth0 io=0x2a0 irq=11

And then exit pico,

saving /etc/conf.modules.
